Withdraw from contract

Here you can withdraw from the contract you concluded online with ALC Metalltechnik GmbH. No reason is required. After submission you will promptly receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail stating the content of your declaration and the date and time of receipt. All details: Right of withdrawal.

This form is provided in English for your convenience; the legally binding withdrawal policy is the German version (Widerrufsbelehrung). Your withdrawal is effective regardless of the language in which you submit it.

Required are your name, one detail identifying the contract and your e-mail address. Alternatively, any other clear statement is sufficient, e.g. by e-mail to office@ihrcarport.eu.

One of these details is sufficient. The order number (e.g. 2026080001) is stated in your order confirmation; alternatively the number of your invoice or the date of your order.

We will send the acknowledgement of receipt to this address (durable medium). Ideally the address you ordered with — this lets us assign your order straight away.
